Piemonte On Wine was born in the Summer 2008 and is a service created by the main touristic institutions and associations of winegrowers and producers of the area, with the contribution of Regione Piemonte, in order to offer a useful service not only to professionals or journalists, but also to beginners of tasting and wine tourists, individuals or groups coming from Italy and abroad, interested in visiting wine cellars of Langhe and Roero, in tasting and buying wines directly from the producers.

The Piemonte on Wine's Service Center for Wine Tourism operates through an on-line database where to find the most suitable cellar for the needs of the consumer and a call center, open every day, that gives information about wine events, helps the tourists in the direct contact with the producers and makes reservations of visits and tastings in the wineries of the circuit.
