Cantine

The grapes for our wines are assisted in the natural fermentation (without addition of selected yeasts) in an essential way: the hand of man is reduced to a minimum. Our products are genuine expression of the territory, which is not only the earth but air, water, plants and flowers. Sometimes unaware that the screw is buried but it juts out into the sky and the leaves absorb the essence of what surrounds them. For these reasons, our vines are not treated with herbicides or synthetic fungicides. The wines then undergo changes in scents and structure in relation to the climate. Our small craft production prevents us from chasing the tastes and fashions of the moment, the wine we do not do: he evolves and we are awake.
