THE WINE CELLAR
Four generations of Master vintners and forty hectares of vineyards in the middle of the Monferrato hills. Macario, iwth its four farms scattered along the border Nizza Monferrato and Castel Boglione, has been lovingly cultivating its grapevines for more than a hundred years. Barbera is the choice wine, the one of the fathers. It is wine that has been handed down from one generation to the next, together with "bagna cauda" and boiled meats. But over the years other wines have been added, from ancient and modern grapevines, with which this ancient house of winemakers has refined its capacity to produce wines.
