Cascina Luisin was founded in 1913 by Luigi Minuto, great-grandfather of the current owner Roberto Minuto. The estate has always been owned and run by the family, with the aim of guaranteeing meticulous control over all stages of  production: from accurate and rigorous care of the vineyards and attentive work in the cellar, to marketing and public relations. Cascina Luisin is situated in the Rabajà area in theBarbaresco zone, one of the epicentres of Langhe's winemaking. The winery cultivates 8 hectares of vineyards and produces an average of 30,000 bottles yearly. Cascina Luisin concentrates on the four classic grape varieties, Nebbiolo, Barbera, Dolcetto and Arneis. The company's business philosophy is firmly based on taking special care to ensure quality viticulture and on great respect for traditional vinification methods.
