THE WINE CELLAR
Carlo Nada founded the estate at Rombone in 1919, in what was then the district of Barbaresco. Then, the winery was led by his son and grandson. Since 2001 Anna Lisa and her husband Elvio have taken charge of the estate. After the premature passing of Gian Carlo in 2012, Elvio has took charge of the winery with the support of oenologists Gianfranco Cordero and Ivon Picollo. The wine cellar, located within the 18th-century farmhouse, houses several 3,000-litre barrels used for maturing Barbaresco and some barriques mainly used for ageing Barbera Superiore and Langhe Rosso.
