THE WINE CELLAR
The Poderi Gianni Gagliardo winery originates from a tradition of grape growers located in Piedmont since 1848. The winemaking business started in 1974, in the heart of Barolo area. All wines come from local varieties, and our aim is to reflect the character of the terroir where they are grown in the glass. The vines are planted in both Barolo and Roero areas. The vineyards include some of the very best Barolo cru such as Lazzarito, Monvigliero, Castelletto. The cellar is situated in the village of La Morra. The award winning Poderi Gianni Gagliardo wines are completely obtained from the estates own vineyards, and are stylistically driven by finesse and elegance.
